If you already have a slipcover and you would like us to duplicate the one you have, please print out this Duplicate Slip Cover Form complete it, and send it together with your old cover to us.

For large pieces of furniture, please use the instructions below to enable us to make your custom made to measure slipcover for you!
In order to ensure a perfect fit, use a tape measure and carefully measure your furniture and provide us with the measurements

Measuring steps;

• Remove all cushions and or throw pillows from furniture.
• Using a piece of paper, carefully trace around the front of one arm as indicated in: Arm Front
• Take photos of Front, Side, and Back Views and send with your order.
• Click on order form below and print form.   Complete form with information from the following steps.
• For all pieces with arms (Sofa, Love Seat, Chair) provide measurements as indicated in: Chair Front, Chair Side, Chair Back.
• For pieces without arms, provide measurements as indicated in: Parsons Front, Parsons Side, Parsons Back.
• For Ottomans, please provide measurements as indicated in: Measure Ottoman.
• If cushions are rectangles or squares please measure and provide measurements.
• If cushions have "T" or "L" shapes, please place flat on a large enough newspaper and trace using a black marker and send to us or provide measurements as indicated in: Measure Cushion.
